Wow we are really feeling the love in the Size HH office this afternoon, thank you all so much for your support for the project and for all your fabulous comments and reviews on the book so far! I will try not to be mushy but you are amazing and I am in awe of hearing about how you have been implementing parts of it into your own life.
So is it just another diet and exercise book and why is it worth reading? Here’s what others had to say about it;
“Finally a positive book! Not preachy not guilt ridden but a fantastic positive approach to being happy and healthy would highly recommend”
“Wonderful book for a busy woman who wants to feel and look great!
I was lucky enough to get my hands on an advance copy of this book and I really loved it. It is a well-written, useful book, packed with advice on how to be healthier and happier. I really appreciated the different sections on mind, lifestyle, nutrition and exercise and the information about habit forming was really useful. I like the sensible approach which is all about making you feel good about yourself and believe that it’s possible to find your Size Happy & Healthy. I have already started to apply some of the easy to understand advice and look forward to using it more and more in the New Year.”
“Throw out your diet books and scales – you only need Size HH!
The introduction to this book convinced me that it was something I should read. I never read diet books and I don’t own a pair of weighing scales because like some of the case studies mention in this guide to being “Size HH” I have had a battle with food since I was a teenager. At one time I starved myself to under five stone, yet doctors could not decide whether I had an eating disorder or OCD. I still have no idea what it was and it took me years to find some peace with eating – but having a baby was the onset of finding that place. Still, I never have scales in the house because that way is the road to obsessing over weight for me. And, Eva George really explains other reasons not to use scales as a measure of your weight in a way that makes perfect sense. If you are a Yo-Yo dieter, then this book is for you.
If you’re unhappy with your body image, then this book is for you. If you want to understand how dieting undermines your life, then buy this book. It is filled with common sense and with an approach to ‘life with food’ that is both happy and healthy. Some of you will be familiar with a few of Eva’s approaches to achieving weight balance and maintenance, but there are other tips and tools that are less well known and I urge you to download this well thought out book to your Kindle now! Thanks Eva George for a book that encourages us all to enjoy our bodies and food as well.”
“Read the book on the plane! Fabulous. I really loved it. Very concise and simple useful information passed across. I will definitely be recommending clients to download and read this!”
“This book is for anyone who is raging a constant battle with their weight or body image! Having yo yo dieted throughout my 20’s I can only wish I’d know these pearls of wisdom back then! Easy to read and full of great tips! I especially love the easy recipes and everyday exercises that will fit in around any busy mums schedule! Size H&H is a book that inspires you to love & nurture yourself which really is the key to being Happy & Healthy ❤️”
“Great book, well written with lots of ideas in keeping mind and body healthy. I will definitely be aiming to become size HH!”
So now you have heard what others had to say, imagine if you too could find your own Size Happy & Healthy this year and feel genuinely contentment in your own body, possibly even for the first time ever…
